Making nutloaf. Items needed: • 2 cups ground walnuts • 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs • 1 medium diced onion • 2 cups chopped mushrooms • 1/2 cup chopped parsley • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp paprika • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • eggbeaters (Egg whites, I recommend the ones in a carton) to equal 2 eggs slightly beaten • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk • mixing bowl • spoon • baking pan • oven

Pea salad: 2cans small green peas, drained & rinsed 1/4 cup diced celery 2 eggs, boiled and peeled sweet pickle relish 1/4 cup onion, diced (optional) Mayonnaise Mustard salt and pepper

Feta pasta salad: 1 package Rotini pasta, cooked & drained 8 oz. Feta cheese crumbles 1-pint grape tomatoes, rinsed and sliced in half lengthwise 1 can sliced black olives, drained, and rinsed bottled Italian dressing
