Making three different, refreshing salads for your Easter get together. Macaroni salad: package elbow macaroni noodles, cooked and drained 1/2 cup diced celery 2 eggs, boiled and peeled Mayonnaise Mustard salt and pepper
Pea salad: 2cans small green peas, drained & rinsed 1/4 cup diced celery 2 eggs, boiled and peeled sweet pickle relish 1/4 cup onion, diced (optional) Mayonnaise Mustard salt and pepper
Feta pasta salad: 1 package Rotini pasta, cooked & drained 8 oz. Feta cheese crumbles 1-pint grape tomatoes, rinsed and sliced in half lengthwise 1 can sliced black olives, drained, and rinsed bottled Italian dressing
