Making pumpkin cookies. Ingredients: • 2 1/4 cups flour • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar • 1 cup solid packed pumpkin puree • 2 eggs • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract • 2 cups white chocolate chips
