CCLVI and VISAbilities presented a presentation from the FCC geared towards people who have little or no internet access due to limited income. If someone you know is eligible for government programs such as SSI, SNAP, WIC, etc., listeners were encouraged to learn about this program. We discussed chapter 25 in the book, The Unseen Minority: A Social History of Blindness in the United States, by Frances A. Koestler, copyright 1976 and 2004 by the American Foundation for the Blind.
