· 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks cut in half
· 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
· 1 large egg
· 1 tablespoon water
· 3/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
· 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
· 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
· Olive oil spray
