If you cook along, you need the following:

• 2 lbs. chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats

• 2 tablespoons baking powder (aluminum-free)

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1/2 teaspoon paprika

• Your favorite wing sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or garlic

• parmesan)

• Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

• Frozen Onion rings, (Any Brand)

• Oven

• Air Frier Optional

• Baking Sheet

• Foil

• Wire Rack

• Cooking Spray
