• Tortillas
• 2 tablespoons Tomato puree
• 3 and a half Oz mushrooms-chopped
• 2 Oz Sweet corn
• 8 Cherry Tomatoes-quartered
• A handful of Basil leaves
• 1 and three quarters oz cheese-grated
• Salt and pepper
• Grill or Oven
