- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 extra large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-pound powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oven-roasted walnuts or pecans
- Saucepan
- Mixer
- 8 by 8 square pan
- Fridge
