Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies. If you cook along, you need the following:

· 1 cup all-purpose flour

· 2 teaspoons of baking soda

· 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

· 1/2 cup of unsalted butter melted and cooled

· 3/4 cup granulated sugar

· 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

· 1 tablespoon milk

· 1 large egg yolk

· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

· 1/2 ounces 85% cocoa dark chocolate bar chopped

· flaky sea salt to taste
