20251007 Herbies Community Cooking Corner Originally Broadcasted October 7, 2025, on ACB Media 5 "Get ready for another cooking adventure. This time: Zucchini Bread Presented by Heidi. If you cook along, you need the following:

• 3 eggs
• 2 Cups of sugar
• 1 Cup of vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 Cups of zucchini (Grated)
• 2 Cups of flour (Sifted)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 Cup of chopped walnuts (Optional)
