The Constitution and Bylaws committee invites the ACB membership to join in as they meet to prepare amendments to align ACB’s meeting and voting practices with pertinent provisions of the DC Nonprofit Corporations Act of 2010 as authorized by motion adopted at the national convention on July 23rd.
