20230620 Herbies Cooking Corner Originally Broadcasted June 20, 2023, on ACB Media 5 Participants joined tori and me as we took listeners on another cooking adventure. This time: Super Speedy Tortilla Pizza If cooking with us, you will need the following:

• Tortillas
• 2 tablespoons Tomato puree
• 3 and a half Oz mushrooms-chopped
• 2 Oz Sweet corn
• 8 Cherry Tomatoes-quartered
• A handful of Basil leaves
• 1 and three quarters oz cheese-grated
• Salt and pepper
• Grill or Oven

** We also had Tori's tips where she offered some additional tricks as well as both Vegan and Gluten Free substitutions where possible.
