Participants joined Tori and me as we took you on another cooking adventure. This time: Baked cocoanut broccoli. If cooking with us, you will need the following:

• 2 fresh bunches of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
• 1 can of coconut milk
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• Casserole dish
