Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Fried Tilapia. If you cook along, you need the following:

· Skinless Tilapia Fillets

· Flour Season

· Salt

· Garlic Powder

· Paprika

· Kyanne Pepper if you want some kick

· Eggs

· Water

· Two mixing bowls

· vegetable oil

· Stove top or electric Skillet

· spatula (This is a home-made recipe, so I do not have exact measurements)
