• 15 to 16 apples medium sized about 7 to 8 pounds ( granny Smith’s recommended)(
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon ginger
• ¾ teaspoon ground cloves
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 30 unwrapped caramels (About an 11 oz bag)
• Crockpot or Instant pot
