Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Cast Iron Baked Bone in Chicken Breast. If you cook along, you need the following:
· 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
· 2 tbsp olive oil
· 1 tsp kosher salt
· ½ tsp black pepper
· 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
· 3 cloves garlic-minced
· 1 lemon-thinly sliced.
· 2-3
· sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme
· 2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional)
· Skillet
· Stove Top Oven
