20240521 Herbies Community Cooking Corner Originally Broadcasted May 21, 2024, on ACB Media 5

Participants joined me along with special guest Hailey (My former instructor) for another cooking adventure. This time: Hamburger Soup. If cooking along, you need the following:

• 1 ½ lbs. ground beef or chuck, cut into cubes
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
• 4 carrots, finely chopped
• 1 can of tomato soup
• 3 cans of beef consommé
• 1 can of water
• 1 bay leaf
• 8 Tbsp barley
• 1 (28oz) can of stewed or diced tomatoes
• ½ tsp thyme
• ½ tsp parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Cutting Borad and knife if not using pre-chopped vegetables
