As we approach President’s weekend, we take time to reflect on achievements and advances in our lives and how we have gotten to where we are now. This holds true not just as a country but also through our culture, educational opportunities, and literacy. For many of us, braille literacy has been the key that opened our lives and minds to the world in which we are an integral part. Terry welcomes one of the world’s foremost experts of all things braille, Dr. Judy Dixon. Judy has a collection of at least 282 braille slates and devices from around the globe.
