Mike Greenwood is the Chief Operating Officer for Access Services in Los Angeles, CA, and late last year, Access Services launched a pilot program which allows parents with disabilities to make interim childcare stops while using paratransit as well as a limited number of same-day trips in the event of an urgent childcare need.
