• 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (use certified gluten-free oats for gluten-free granola)
• 1 ½ cup raw nuts and/or seeds
• 1 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt (if using standard table salt, scale back to ¾ teaspoon)
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
• ½ cup maple syrup or honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ? cup dried fruit (optional, chopped if large)

Participants joined their ACB Community as we light the Virtual Christmas Tree. Participants Brought an ornament to hang on it and describe both the ornament and its significance. Is it handmade or a family heirloom? Is it big or small? Does it light up or play music? Is it made of paper or tin? Does it shine or sparkle? The lights and garland are already in place. We just need the ornaments and to plug the lights in. Oh, yes, and one attendee was chosen to place the star atop the tree.
