Participants joined Herbie and tori as they took us on another cooking adventure. This time, Heidi showed us how to make Crunchy Chicken Fingers. If cooking with us, you need the following:

• 4 oz. reduced fat sour cream
• 1 T Dijon mustard (optional)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 C. dry stuffing mix (herb seasoned or cornbread)
• 2 packages about 2 lbs. chicken tenders’ loins or boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)

Towards the end we had Tori's tips. She offered some additional tricks, as well as both Vegan and Gluten Free substitutions, where possible. We also consider any requests for future cooking demos.
