Listeners joined Herbie and Tori as they took us on another cooking adventure. This time, Heidi joined us to show us how to make her lasagna. Ingredients needed:

• 1 Lb. ground beef
• 1 Lb. loose sweet Italian sausage
• 1 1/4 Lb. mozzarella sliced cheese.
• 1/2 Lb. parmesan cheese sliced.
• 1 large container ricotta cheese
• 1 large package sliced fresh mushrooms.
• 3-4 stocks or hearts
• 1 large onion of choice
• 1 green pepper
• 3-4 Lbs. your favorite homemade or jarred Marinara sauce.
• Salt
• Pepper
• other seasonings of your choice to taste.
• 1 box of lasagna noodles
• 1 large Dutch oven
• 1 stock pot
• 1 strainer wooden spoon
• Large tablespoon from silver ware (not serving spoon)
• 1 9 by 13-inch glass or mettle dish
• 1 8 by 8-inch square glass or mettle pan.
• cutting board
• knife
• cookie sheet

Towards the end, Tori provided tips, some additional tricks, as well as both Vegan and Gluten Free substitutions where possible. They will also consider any requests for future cooking demos.
