Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Dump Cobbler presented by Cindy Labon. If you cook along, you need the following:
• 4 cups fresh or already thawed fruit
• juice of 1 lemon (or equivalent of bottled lemon juice),
• ½ cup sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1 ½ cups of flour
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• four teaspoons of baking powder
• ¾ cup of sugar
• 1¼ cup of milk
• 1 stick butter
