You request a Rideshare ride and have just realized that your driver has canceled, due to the presence of your guide dog. Many of us who use Rideshare and travel with our guides have experienced this many times over and in many ways (the driver cancels before arriving, the driver arrives on location and very quickly pulls away, through a conversation with the driver, a cancelation happens). Whatever form the cancelation takes, we are then left without a ride. What next? We take participants through the process of how to navigate the process of reporting driver cancelations to the Rideshare companies as well as how to file a report with the Department of Justice.
