Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Snickerdoodle Bars. If you cook along, you need the following:

·      For the Bars:

o   1 cup unsalted butter, softened

o   1 ½ cups granulated sugar

o   large eggs

o   1 tsp vanilla extract

o   ¾ cups all-purpose flour

o   1 ½ tsp cream of tartar

o   1 tsp baking soda

o   ½ tsp salt

·      For the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:

o   2 tbsp granulated sugar

o   1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon

·      2 mixing bowls

·      Baking Dish

·      Parchment Paper

·      Oven
