Participants joined me for another cooking adventure. This time: Orange Chicken Panda Express Copycat. If you cook along, you need the following:
· 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
· 1/2 cup plus two tablespoons cornstarch
· 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
· 1/2 cup of water
· 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
· 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
· 1 tablespoon orange zest
· 1/3 cup of soy sauce
· 1/3 cup rice vinegar
· 1/2 cup of sugar
· 2 cloves garlic, minced
· 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
· 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
· 2 green onions, thinly sliced
· Mixing bowl
· Skillet or Frying pan
